Janice Washington is an educator-turned-strategist, learning experience designer, and implementation consultant with more than a decade of experience across classroom instruction, professional learning, district-level technology leadership, and responsible AI adoption.
From teaching mathematics in the United States and internationally to leading large-scale initiatives serving more than 120 schools, Janice has built her career at the intersection of people, learning, strategy, and implementation. She brings a practitioner’s understanding of what it takes to move an idea beyond a presentation and into meaningful, everyday practice.
Her expertise includes technology and AI strategy, AI literacy and curriculum design, learning experience design, professional learning, responsible-use guidance, implementation planning, train-the-trainer programs, learning management systems, and organizational capacity building.
